I'm a Mentor, Medicine Woman, and the creator of Alchemize.
For years, I knew I was meant to guide women. I could see the vision so clearly—a life devoted to healing, traveling the world, building a soul-led business, and helping women remember the power that had always lived within them.But while I was teaching feminine empowerment, I was still learning how to fully embody it myself.
I approached healing as if I were something to fix. I overworked to prove my worth, questioned whether I was enough for love or my purpose, and let the shame of my past quietly shape the woman I believed I could become.Everything changed when a relationship I believed was safe ended unexpectedly.It wasn't the heartbreak that transformed me.
It was what the heartbreak revealed. For the first time, I saw how often I had been saying yes to love while saying no to myself. I realized I had been holding back my voice, my power, and parts of who I was because, somewhere deep inside, I believed that fully expressing myself could cost me love.
That moment became an initiation.
Instead of searching for someone else to choose me, I chose to heal the parts of me that believed I had to earn love, shrink my light, or prove my worth.I discovered that the way I related to love was the same way I related to my purpose, my visibility, and my ability to receive.
When I stopped abandoning myself, everything changed.
Today, I help women do the same.
